Joanne Whiteside – Managing Director
A Chartered Accountant qualified for over 30 years, she has significant experience of working with all sizes of business, from sole traders through to multi-billion pound shipping companies. She has experience in designing robust controls for companies, accounting for imports and exports, foreign currency, job costing, manufacturing, service and internet businesses. Joanne set up ADO ten years ago to provide an outsourced bookkeeping, back office support and accounts service to businesses across the country.
Sarah Greenwood – Manager
Sarah is an ACCA qualified Accountant, she has previously worked in big-4 and mid-tier accounting practices. She has experience of working with a wide range of businesses across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, leisure, property and financial services. Sarah the newest member of our team and is also Xero certified.
Karen Gloak – Bookkeeper and administrator
Karen has many years’ experience of bookkeeping and administrative work, and is proficient with a number of different cloud software packages. Karen is one of our bookkeeper/administrators and looks after the day to day work of a number of our clients. Karen’s work includes taking telephone calls and answering accounts queries from clients, dealing with banking, invoicing and debt collection on their behalf.
Leo Zade – Bookkeeper and administrator
Leo is currently working towards completing his AAT. He joined the ADO team in 2014 and is one of our bookkeeper/administrators. Leo has experience of working with a number of cloud accounting packages and is Xero certified. Leo has played a lead role in bringing KashFlow to ADO.
