IRIS Exchequer software and support

The Iris Exchequer software we use has been voted as the best software in the small to medium business category by the CBI’s survey of finance directors on numerous occasions. This is because it has many features to help control and streamline your business:

• OLE – Excel integration – We can complete journals on Excel and then import them into Iris, so there is no need to re-type journals. We can also use this facility to tailor reports to your requirements.
• Currency - Iris can take into account current currency rates when accounting for international transactions. Reports can be printed out showing transactions in a specific currency if required.
• Drillable Reports – Easy to obtain detailed review of figures – double-click a figure and it will show you the breakdown and origin.
• Document Link – We can easily link scanned documents to your transactions so that when you double click on the link it brings up the scanned document on screen.
• Stock Control facility – when transactions are processed, stock is automatically adjusted. Reasons for returns and other information can also be identified and analysed to help with stock control.
• E-commerce – using the e-commerce module, any invoices or orders raised on the internet will update the accounting software.
• CIS – we can raise valuations and account for both contractors and subcontractors tax and deal with the appropriate returns.
• Job costing – this module can be used for tracking income, costs and profits made on identifiable jobs or projects.
